The Monthly Red Tent that my community and myself host takes place in Tampa Bay area, currently in St. Petersburg and Sarasota, FL.

What is the Red Tent? 

The Red Tent is a reclamation of ancient knowledge for womb keepers. This is a space that honors sacred menstruation. A space that honors the cycles of death and rebirth. A space to learn the truths of our bodies and unlearn generational and ancestral trauma. 

This is a space for community connection and support, authentic relating, ancestral healing and council sharing.
