In this workshop, participants will learn about practical ways to use herbs and how to extract the medicinal properties. I will discuss easy recipes to do at home such as tinctures, teas, vinegar extractions and more.
In this workshop, we discuss what is womb healing and how everyone can navigate cyclical living in their lives.
In this workshop, participants will learn about destigmatizing their monthly bleed, by learning how to use their blood in ritual, ceremony, offerings, prayers and more.
